Aging and Diverse Home Healthcare Services<\/strong> is a home healthcare agency that is invested in the community. Based in the Germantown section of Philadelphia, we understand the importance of independent living and we work hard to provide experienced, superior, personalized care to seniors and individuals with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We offer a variety of 24\/7 services to Philadelphia and the surrounding counties, including nursing, disease and pain management, wound care, and dementia and Alzheimer\u2019s care. Our skilled home health aides help our clients with the activities of daily living, such as personal care, housekeeping, medication management, meal preparation, escort, and more. We also offer a Personal Assistant Services (PAS) program, which allows a client to select a family member to provide the home health care services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
