Aging and Diverse Home Healthcare provides expert, compassionate home healthcare services for seniors, people with disabilities, and individuals in need of assistance. During our free in-home assessment, we’ll work with you to create a comfortable relationship with the agency and caretaker.
Our staff can assist with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, homemaker services, medication reminders, respite care, social stimulation, and more.
Together, we work to help individuals, maintain their level of independence and dignity, and reduce hospital readmissions and emergency room visits.

Our services include:
Personal care
- Bathing, showers, bed baths or standby assistance.
- Bathroom activities, including continence and incontinence assistance.
- Personal hygiene, including dressing, hair care, skin care, and oral hygiene.
- Assistance with mobility, such as ambulating, transferring, and walking.
- Companion care and socialization.
Housekeeping
- Light housekeeping, including dusting, sweeping, damp mopping, and vacuuming.
- Bathroom cleaning, linen changing, laundry, and trash disposal.
- Organizing clutter (separate evaluation and fee may be required).
Meal preparation
- Preparing meals for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner
Escort
- Accompanying to appointments, engagements, or events.
Medication reminders
Skilled care services
- Registered nurses (RNs) / Licensed practical nurses (LPNs) can make doctor-ordered home visits.
- Certified nursing assistant
- Home health aides.
- Physical therapists.
- Occupational therapists.
